"all was fine we require parking at Heathrow virtually every month for periods of one to three weeks. will be in touch shortly with further parking dates required April the only issue was that I had asked that the controls (air and radio) not be altered and this was not the case. it will need to be the case on the next booking so that we can continue using your services moving forward "

"nice and simple drop of at short stay car park T4 terminal heathrow, phoned about 15 min away driver was waiting to collect car. On return phoned after collecting cases slight hicup as not to sure of exact collection point in the short stay car park as a few lanes. But saw car coming in and asked attendant who sent car and driver to second floor. jumped in lift and found car and driver.. So not sure if a designated bay is available so may take a few phone calls to find car as they don,t seem to be able to wait as its busy. On the whole would use again and recomend. regards parked for 17 days in march 2016"

"Instructions were clear , upon arrival someone was waiting to take the car from us so just unpacked the car and walked straight into the terminal really easy. Upon return the same thing called the number after collecting our baggage and returned to same place as we dropped the car and waited about 5mins and our car was returned to us. Brilliant service , made life very easy, would use again. "
