"Very efficient service. My only slight disappointment was the condition of the mat on the drivers side. I can accept that the car may well have been parked in muddy conditions, especially at this time of the year, but some protective paper/matting would help to keep the inside cleaner. "

"To find staff who were very on the ball at both arrival and departure from Heathrow was a real treat. The car was clean hadn't been used and no damage. The staff were very helpful on both occasions and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends. I will certainly use them again"

"Upon arriving it is quite confusing as there are many different services at the same place. And when calling the person on the phone to confirm arrival is very abrupt, sounds a bit rude.. A bit more friendly or interested would make the experience much better."

"The service was absolutely fine but I suggest you put a sign with the name of your company on your desk on level 4 at terminal 5. We spent ages trying to find it as there was no sign anywhere. The other meet and greet services were clearly signposted. "
