"I was very shocked and angry about the collection process at Heathrow. The instructions about which firm was collecting my car was vague and it landed up that someone from another company took my car as he said that he was instructed to collect a grey VW Polo. While queuing up to check in I received a phone call from someone from Drivefly saying that they were waiting for me to arrive at the car park to take the car from me when in fact someone else had already got it. This concerned me greatly and I had to make a number of calls to find out where my car had gone. "
