"Although the price was good I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone. As instructed we called the appropriate number from the baggage hall and were told that our car would be with us in 20-30 minuets. This was great and gave us plenty of time to get to the pickup point with our luggage and my mother aged 89. At the pickup point we were told that our car hadn’t arrived so we sat and waited along with numerous other people. An hour after our original call we were informed that our car was entering the terminal and were sent to a pickup point outside as the car park was chaotic. Here we waited in a bus shelter for 20 minuets, still no car. Your representative found us somewhere to wait where it was warmer but no seats. My mother by this time was exhausted after a long flight and then the delay in the car being returned. After a total wait of 90 minuets our car was finally returned. Not a good service an one I will never use again. Pay a bit more and use Purple Parking. No problems there. "

"Such a seamless way to start your holiday no stress and the pick up just a quick call soon after we landed and bingo our car was waiting keys collected from a friendly and professional representative highly recommend we have used a few times now and will be using simply park & fly for our next trip in february"

"Came back yesterdat at T5 waited 30 minutes. The desk guy at T5 parking area was useless as kept saying 5 minutes. There was a problem on m25 round about which i understand but tell us the right thing dont say 5 minutes everytime we ask you. Need to educate staff to paint the true picture and this will avoid prople getting angry. Maybe will try a different provider next time"

"The whole expierence was good, the only glitch was on return to Heathrow, I contacted you to say that we had our baggage and arrive at level 4 to pickup my car, indicated to the guy on the desk my name and then waited, after 15 to 20 mins. I was informed that my car was already there but on a differnt row and therefore obscured from view. Your office staff were very good in changing the booking when I discovered that we were leaving from terminal 3 and returning to termial 5."
