"Can't believe the service you get for such little money. Bit concerned about the amount of bird mess that was on the car. Could damage the paintwork if left on there for long periods of time. It was a little complicated to find the right car park for a first time visitor. Other than that, couldn't fault the service."

"The instructions we received regarding our return pick up were incorrect and misleading. Additional telephone calls to your office again resulted in incorrect information. We waited for around an hour for our vehicle to be returned, only to find that it had been parked for some time in a different area of the car park to that which we were advised. A simple telephone call to us from the driver would have helped significantly."

"Member of staff was waiting for us on departure arrival and we waited barely 5 minutes for the car to be delivered on our return. We had advised that the passenger door was not to be used (as there was a fault on the window closing when the door was shut - it’s a convertible car) but we never thought to request that the roof wasn’t opened, however it appears that it had been: which in turn caused a problem with the passenger door. :-( "

"The Meet and Greet option is perfect for fast and efficient service however the car was covered in dust and the brakes were smoking when we were re-united with our car. Not ideal! "

"An excellent service, we were away for almost 5 weeks and it took the stress out of parking and arriving at the airport. When we got back it was just as easy, picked up our baggage and called they had brought the car around within 15 minuets to the car-park no hassle we loaded up and drove out. I would recommend this service to anyone who is driving up to Heathrow airport for a holiday."
