Few admin problems on the phone with the customer service advisor before hand where we had changed the time of arrival - but nothing was a problem on the day despite the man on phone not knowing we had changed the times - all ran extremely smoothly and the staff were very friendly and professional and we waited no longer than 5 minutes. Would definately use again and recommend. Loyalty discount perhaps? we have used you alot!"

"This is the second time I've used this company. Yet again, the arrival always seems to be the problem. We were late due to traffic (I advised them via telephone) then waited over 15 minutes for the car to be collected, watching other customers who arrived after me, have their car collected?? Thankfully due to the early hours we arrived into Gatwick, the return was easy and smooth running as the car was there when we arrived at the designated car park. "
