"On arrival I called 20 mins before as requested and proceeded to level 6 as on all paperwork to find after 3 phone calls that it had been moved to level 1 . On return I called the number once collected baggage (as on paperwork ) to then have to wait at car park for an extra 15 mins with no car . Good value for money and very friendly staff. "

"Drop off was perfect but we had to wait 25 minutes for our car in the way back because some people lie and say they are through baggage control when they obviously haven't been. These people are taking the driver's time who could be delivering honest people's cars on time. I would introduce a penalty fee for these people to stop this, or employ more drivers but that would cost everyone more. "
