"Staff weren't particularly friendly/helpful, particularly on collection. My car was a little late, parked terribly (so close to another car I struggled to get in). I suspect that was deliberate as my drivers door has a large vertical scratch that I was not able to see on inspection."

"Chose Simply Park & Fly after quite a lot of research. V good decision. Easy to follow instructions and the staff were v friendly. They were patient even though we were delayed just outside Gatwick before our departure flight. Would recommend and definitely use again. "

"My only criticism is the slow response to answering our phone call both upon drop-off notification and return. We had to try several times to get through to notify that we were 20 minutes from the airport and likewise to arrange return of our car once we'd collected our luggage. It's to a mobile phone number and the person answering didn't talk very clearly clearly or understand what we were saying very well."

"Rang 20 mins before arrival and had to wait and ring again. We were asked if we had rang. On return we rang after collecting bags and car was there but no one with keys. When a guy with another customer rang for us he was told we hadn't called them. Our guy turned up and explained the ticket machine was broken and he had to go to another floor. Overall fair service but communication between staff is poor"
