"I thought that they were very professional. When I arrived, the gentleman took photos all around the car and gave me a receipt to keep hold of for the return. I did check the mileage before I left, and can say that it was only the 12 miles added to the clock on the return, so can be sure the car wasn't used. After all the horrors I had heard about, this was a huge relief. The same professional attitude was again show on my return. "

"The drop off was ok but there was a lack of drivers to collect the cars. I spoke to the member of staff just after he finished a phone call requesting more drivers and he was helpful.. The pick up was poor, my flight was late arriving but I called at 0039 and was informed the car would be with me in 20 to 25 minutes. I called again at 0116 as my car hadn't arrived, it took many rings before it was answered and I was informed it should be with me within 5 minutes, fortunately it was. Forty minutes was too long to wait at that time of the day"

"We waited 40 minutes after we had collected luggage and phoned for our car, having been told it would be 20 minutes maximum. We had an 80 year old with us, which made it worse as she was very tired. This ruined the experience for us I'm afraid. "
