"Great service but disappointed to learn that the charges of £7 for entry and £7 for exit fees are well above the actual car parking charges of £3.50 and that if they just met you at the drop off and pick up points then it’s actually free to do so. It’s just another way to make money from you. "

"Good value for money . Only problem was on the paperwork it states one level to meet the representative but when talking to the guy on the phone your told a completely different level !!! Which wouldn't be a problem if you could hear them clearly !!!!"

"Drop off procedure was fine but on arrival back after calling when we were waiting to collect hold luggage and then walking to pick up area in car park we waited approx. 30 minutes and then had to ring again to see where the car was and was told it would be about 5 minutes which was in fact 15 minutes so altogether waited 45 minutes for my car to arrive. It would have been quicker to have got the shuttle bus and gone to a car park."
