"Previous reviews have been negative about communications. I had the same experience inasmuch the paperwork said meet at level 3 but on the phone they told me level 1. The guy on the phone was difficult to hear and understand. Luckily it all worked and the extra mileage on the clock was only 8 miles, so the vehicle did not travel far. Otherwise no issues and I would happily use again."

"Initial problem on arrival due to car parks being closed by the airport but on contacting sent a driver to us. On return, rang from baggage collection and went to pre arranged collection area, car arrived within a few minutes, very polite staff and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using the parking facilities at Gatwick airport."

My only complaint would be about locating the correct garage but this is due to Gatwick's confusing/lack of signage, and not about Simply Smart. I would definitely use this service again and would not hesitate to recommend them."
