"Was not happy on our way to Gatwick we phoned as requested, man answered and said we were expected, when we got to car park went up to 6th floor as instructed, nobody there waited 5 mins then rang the man again , and he said we are on the 1st floor, so come down here, so we did, he said to ring when cases have been collected and our car would be ready for collection , on return so I did, then after 20 minutes wait on floor one rang him twice and was car was coming,it was freezing waiting there , not good ......."

"The arrival place was changed from level 6 to level 1, this was told to me apparently on the phone but I could not hear or understand these instructions when I was driving so just agreed thinking I had the details in the email, consequently I was waiting on the wrong level and therefore late for my flight. May I suggest an email if directions are being changed. "

"Staff were friendly but the pick and drop off process could be better. We waited 15 minutes in the car park for the car to be collected and over 20 minutes for the car to be delivered back to us (despite calling as we collected our bags as instructed). We called on the way when we were about 20 minutes away but the phone was engaged for the first 2 calls, so we only got through when we were almost at Gatwick. I think the need to call ahead while driving encourages drivers to break the law if they are travelling alone. "

"Drop of was superb. collection was disappointing. The car was not in the car park and even though we paid a car park e it fee it was delivered after 45 minutes to a drop of point so the car park exit fee was not required"
