As they drove away with my car I realized that I had left my mobile in the car: I borrowed a colleague's mobile, called the company and a manager came back to the airport personally with my mobile. If all companies had their kind of customer service the world would be a happier place."

"I was a little concerned about this service after reading some reviews but my concern was unnecessary. My car was returned in the condition it was left in. No excessive mileage or fuel consumption noticed. The whole process was quick and easy. Completely hassle free."

"All OK this time as I called as soon as we were off the plane rather than after passport control. This avoided waiting 20 minutes for our car to be returned and it was waiting for us once we got to the pick up point. One thing which I am not keen on is over friendliness from the valet drivers - they should always use a formal address not first names - Management please note."

"our return flight came in on Sunday 3rd July in the middle of the day. i rang the number from the north terminal and spoke to a lovely man. he told me that north terminal was really busy. he then gave me the option to wait in the north terminal or go to the south terminal to collect the car straight away. we opted for the south terminal and he was there waiting for us. great service. thank you"
