The man who we left the car with was OK but could do with being a bit friendlier, altho not a problem to be honest, just a bit of feedback that might be helpful."

"All worked out fine in the end. A bit of confusion on whether we had to ring before hand and initially went to the wrong floor in the car park (both unclear in my print out). Sent down a floor and Simply guys were very efficient and sent us away very calmly considering we were a little late. "

"Excellent service but there was some ambiguity over where to drop off the car. I was told to go to the top floor of Short term Gatwick South Orange carpark however there was absolutely no parking available there, it was jammed with cars. I called and was told, "because it is raining go to level 4" - noone had advised me that if it was raining I should do so, lucky I called! When I got to level 4 it was also jammed with cars so worryingly I was forced to park in the disabled bay as it was the only one left. - Simply not good enough! I would definitely recommend this service but you really ought to sort out the car parking issue."
