"Everything was great start to finish"

"easy to book and not cheap, but when collecting after a delay at passport control and again at baggage i was not informed that there would be an additional charge to exit the car park. in addition on further inspection of the car the next day there is a piece of interior trim missing on the drivers door pillar and a crack in the os rear light you live and learn"

"Due to BA's incompetence and disorganisation, I was made to miss my flight by one minute even though I was there well within good time . Parking people completely apathetic to what happened to me and wouldn't even reimburse me a penny even though I was still willing to have paid for whatever they'd done for me already. I was an exceptional case with the back up of BA and Simply Park should have allowed me to be an exception to their rules. It was incredibly unkind and inconsiderate."
