"When we arrived we called after picking up luggage as per your request. We were advised that it would take 25 min after that. That is quite a long time and if that is the case you should make this clear so we can call a little earlier. Even after that we only got our cars after 45mins!!! The reason for delay was they were busy!"

"The arrival process was quick, efficient and friendly. We were, however, not given a copy of the contract and I think we should be. The RETURN/PICK-UP was VERY SLOW. We collected our luggage and called as instructed. We called at 15.30 and were told it would be 15 minutes. Our car finally arrived at 16.07, NEARLY 40 MINUTES after we'd called. VERY DISAPPOINTING!"
