"All OK this time as I called as soon as we were off the plane rather than after passport control. This avoided waiting 20 minutes for our car to be returned and it was waiting for us once we got to the pick up point. One thing which I am not keen on is over friendliness from the valet drivers - they should always use a formal address not first names - Management please note."

"the drop off service was easy & fast- however on return, I rang once bags had been collected & was told they'd be there in 20 mins- well we were out of the airport in 5mins & had to hang around for 20mins for car to arrive, which was frustrating cos I could've called earlier! other thank that all was good."

"our return flight came in on Sunday 3rd July in the middle of the day. i rang the number from the north terminal and spoke to a lovely man. he told me that north terminal was really busy. he then gave me the option to wait in the north terminal or go to the south terminal to collect the car straight away. we opted for the south terminal and he was there waiting for us. great service. thank you"
