"Easy drop off . Expected to pick up our car at 05.00am after travelling all night to be told there was only 1 driver and we would have to wait for our car ? My friends booked a 06.00am pick up and received their car before us ? . When waiting for our car there was 2 drivers visable so why we were told there was only 1 driver was clearly a lie . Our car was dropped off 30 mins late even though we gave plenty of notice of our arrival . This wouldn't have bee that bad if we hadn't had been travelling all night and had a very tired child with us . 13 miles had been added to the mileage of our car and when I asked where the car was parked he said their car park and nothing else !!!! "

"The service was efficient and we didn't spend any time waiting around for the car to be picked up on both arrival and return. he members of staff were extremely friendly and even wished u a good holiday, which was nice! I would certainly se again."
