"I believe your driver should conduct a thorough walk around the car on collection with the owner and document any marks, dents etc and then do the same on return and take the owner around the car. I have found a large scratch on my car on returning home. I should've checked myself at the airport so cannot say it definitely happened whilst in your care, but know it wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Also I was a bit concerned that my on-board crash camera had been deliberately disconnected (it's not possible to do it without physically removing the cable). This made me question whether it was actually parked as you said it would be as clearly you do not want me to review the driving of your drivers or where it's actually parked. If there is nothing to hide then why disconnect the camera. I was happy with the service I received I just believe the handover could be more thorough and you have aroused suspicion by disconnecting a camera and it's not clear why you would do that."
