"I hadto wait 40mins for my car, with 3 tired children! Giy on the phone was extremely unfriendly and just said that because of traffic i just had to wait. i would assume they took the flight number so they know when you've landed and can get the car to you on time taking into account any delays??"

"Meet and Greet. Prefect parking. Rung the office at 2.30am to arrange to be greeted at the terminal. Perfect service even at that hour of the morning. Will defiantly use again in the future."
