"I was running very late for arrival and notified the company on the mobile number given, on numerous occasions. When I arrived the member of staff still wasn't present at the designated spot. I thought he would arrive sooner than he did but once he arrived, all was fine. The return process was very simple & efficient . Would use again but maybe next time give them more notice before arriving at the terminal "
