"The operator was waiting when we arrived and were a 10min wait on return as we exited the airport quickly. No Problems despite the building work creating congestion around the car park. Cheaper than all other parking and car was barely warm when returned so parked locally."

"Arriving at the airport to drop the car off, I couldn't fault the service and was very pleased. However when it came to collecting the car I was very dissatisfied. I rang as per the instructions and was told 20 minutes in Orange car park. After waiting over an hour the car finally shows up. The employee driving didn't even check I was the owner, asked me to sign one sheet, no check, and away I drove. I could have been anyone! With regards to wait time I was given an excuse of traffic by the operator, and not enough staff by the driver, who seemed like he was trying his hardest to keep people happy. I wouldn't have minded the wait if that's what I'd been told on the phone but to sit in a car park for 50+ minutes is ridiculous. "

"Easy to follow procedure and directions, and a much quicker and painless process than getting a shuttlebus. Simply drop off your car, and you're in the airport a few minutes later. Why didn't I discover this sooner?"

"Very helpful and straight forward if you follow the instructions. Good drivers and they took a LOT of pictures when I dropped it off to avoid any arguments! Despite our plane landing at the wrong terminal, it did not cause an issue with the parking."

"Simply park or Sure parking offered the best value at the time of booking and it was a really nice treat to have meet and greet. It really made out trip so much easier and quicker. Only one issue on arrival, we went to the top floor of orange car park as instructed over the phone (and in instructions) but the attendant was infact of the floor below, however a quick call after waiting a while rectified this. Collection of the car couldnt have been easier and was impeccable timing. Attendants were very polite and helpful. "
