Exhaust is now making a horrible noise since picking up the car. Hope to find out what the issue is this weekend but too much of a coincidence that it started as soon as we oicked the car up from Simply Park. "

"Drop off very smooth. Pick up not so smooth. We had to wait 15 minutes in the car park for our car to arrive and when it did it was parked in a bay which made it extremely difficult for us to put our luggage in the boot and our two small children in their car seats. A rather stressful end to our holiday."
