"Not sure about value-for-money since didn't compare with any others. Phone answered promptly, car pick-up and return worked well. Car Park 5 ground floor makes it a doddle. Gatwick could do with better signage from Arrivals for pedestrians-with-luggage-trolleys to the various car parks. Quite easy to get mixed up with vehicles if you're not familiar with the layout. More obvious access to trolleys in the car park would save time and, in my case, quite a hike. "

"two comments: 1. On arrival at LGW South short stay orange car park there is no sign to indicate that "Level 1" is not the arrival level. Perhaps you could say the drop off is on 'First Floor" which in England is understood to be one above 'Ground floor" The airport could also put a sign on each level where the car needs to decide its direction. At the entrance : Level: Ground" etc. 2. The car was very dirty on pick up. Was it driven through a mud bath?"
