"Booking was simple and efficient, entry and drop off was easy and comfortable for the customer, however, after contacting the office on our return the wait for our car to arrive back at the meeting point was disappointing. Following a chase up call from one of your team our call was identified and delivered but far too late than expected. Improvement needed."

"Great service, the rep was waiting for us when we arrived and had the the car was waiting for us when we arrived it just a 2 minute walk for north terminal. No waiting for buses. Will be using this service again "

On this occasion; The airport was quiet on a Saturday morning and it took a longer than usual to get my car back to me. The driver left dirty & wet footprints/marks on the carpet and sills. Both of these occurrences are unusual. "
