"I had requested pick up at 8pm but we had arrived early. It is very difficult to contact the a simply Park on the telephone no they had given and I had to repeatedly call for about 25 minutes and my wife was also calling them from her phone: she finally got through and she had advised them that we have arrived early at the Airport and the car was delivered to us in 20minutes and this is excellent. May be the need to have couple of telephone nos so it is easy to contact them. They rarely have staff at the airport car park who you can go and talk to."

"Great service however, it would have been excellent if we had been advised which of the two companies who operate on Orange Level 1 we were to approach. Fortunately the guy at Maple Parking pointed us to the Sure Parking area who dealt with the booking."
