"Arrival was a bit chaotic. The staff could not find my booking and thought it might have mistakenly gone to Gatwick South. After much shuffling of papers, several falling on the floor, my details were taken from my booking email and it seemed like all would be well. On return, I was pleased to receive a call from you while we were waiting for our baggage and then car was waiting when we arrived at the car park, no delay which was very nice. At drop off about a dozen photos were taken of the car. No suggestion was made for me to check it at pickup, but of course I did anyway and all seemed to be well. This is not important as easy to adjust, but we keep the internal temperature in the car at 19.5 degree. On return it had been changed to 22 deg. A small detail but you need feedback !"
