"We have used a few other meet and greet companies before, but this has been the easiest and most convenient one - also the least expensive. Dropping off and collecting the car from the ground floor is also much easier. The staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely use this company again, and would recommend them."

"The arrival procedure was very quick and seamless, with professional and friendly staff to greet us. Unfortunately, my wife's passport had fallen out of her handbag into the footwell of the car, something we didn't realise until after the car had gone. However, after a quick call it was brought back to the terminal as requested, no more than 20 mins after the request was made, and luckily the passport was located. On returning to the UK, my call was answered immediately, and our car was pulling into the car park 12mins later. One of the best Meet-and-Greet experiences we've had, quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again."

"No problem on arrival. Quick and easy. Return no so good. More like meet and wait. Told car was at Orange car park level 1 but it wasn’t. Took 40 mins to arrive. These things happen but at 1am not great."

"Very good value for meet and greet, very convenient drop off and collection point, friendly helpful staff and no issues. Had to wait about 20 mins on return but we were not in a desperate rush, comfortable seating area within car park, gave us a chance to catch up with email/text. Also, to be fair, roads and airport were very busy at the time."

"Excellent service providing you read the instructions ! We didn’t phone the number as detailed in the instructions until we arrived rather than 15 mins prior to arrival......cost an extra £4 due to the overstay in the car park. Always read the instructions carefully !!"
