"We have never used your service before we normally go to one of the car parks in the airport but after trying your company for the first time we will certainly use you again. The whole process from arriving at the short term car park and handing over the car keys to your very polite steward and then returning and receiving them back at the time agreed was excellent. "When we got back to Gatwick we called Simply Park and were told it would be about 10 Minutes we got to the pick-up point and waited 1 Minute and the driver was there with our car very very good service and we would book with you again."

"Excellent. Was all very smooth and convenient. Well organised. Good information given in advance of procedure. Had slight difficulty finding the orange zone in car park. Staff were not over friendly at the car park but not much chance for interaction anyway as swift handing over of keys. They were efficient though which in this case matters the most. Would definitely use again if the price stays competitive."

Because I had rung while waiting for luggage I was informed that it would be advisable to collect luggage and then ring because by ringing too early and there is a delay in luggage coming through it would mean extra car parking charge so i thought that was very caring of them.
