"When we got back to Gatwick we called Simply Park and were told it would be about 10 Minutes we got to the pick-up point and waited 1 Minute and the driver was there with our car very very good service and we would book with you again."

"Excellent. Was all very smooth and convenient. Well organised. Good information given in advance of procedure. Had slight difficulty finding the orange zone in car park. Staff were not over friendly at the car park but not much chance for interaction anyway as swift handing over of keys. They were efficient though which in this case matters the most. Would definitely use again if the price stays competitive."

Because I had rung while waiting for luggage I was informed that it would be advisable to collect luggage and then ring because by ringing too early and there is a delay in luggage coming through it would mean extra car parking charge so i thought that was very caring of them. "We have used a few other meet and greet companies before, but this has been the easiest and most convenient one - also the least expensive. Dropping off and collecting the car from the ground floor is also much easier. The staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely use this company again, and would recommend them."
