"Great service. I booked the wrong terminal and they sorted it out straight away when we arrived. Dropped the car off at North Terminal Gatwick and we were in the departure lounge within 10 minutes. Then we phoned to say we had landed and we arrived at the pick up point and the car was waiting for us! Great service! Hassle free! "

"Paperwork said meet on level 6, after waiting 40mins and making another call we were told that we would be met on level 4. Once we were in the right place, service was very good. On return, again paper work said to call once you have your luggage, we had another 40 min wait for the car to be bought back to the collection point - what we were trying to avoid at 2am in the morning. Might have been quicker to catch a bus to a long stay car park!! Car was in the condition that we left it in although it had an extra 30miles on the clock so assume that the parking was quite a distance from the airport.... And the car was sporting a slug, so maybe we had pick one of those companies that park the cars up in a field...? No plans to use this company again. "

"Great service, the representative was with us a few minutes after arriving at the car park level, and when arriving back at the airport, was again with us within a few minutes. I usually use one of the bigger companies when flying out of Gatwick, but the prices increases that they have levied over the last 6 months made me look elsewhere. Simply Parking was a great alternative for me and I will certainly use them again. Half the price of the bigger companies ~ well done."
