"Drop off instructions were easy & accurate. Hand over & pick up went smoothly. Staff friendly. Only comment is that it says to call 20 mins before drop off which cannot safely do if on motorway & I would like to know where the car was parked. Overall a very good service."

"Have used drop of/executive parking for many many years - this was one of the best we have used!! The chap was waiting for us as we arrived & a very short wait on arrival back into the country! Seamless! Will be using again!! "

"I took a wrong turning and ended up in the incorrect drop off car park... I tried to explain on the phone where I was and ask how did I get to where I needed to be...the driver was quite rude. We waited too long on our return for the car to be returned to us..... bt this driver was pleasant."

"The process for dropping off and picking up the car was simple and convenient. The car was very close to both terminals. The only complaint is that I dropped the car off clean but it had clearly been parked under a tree as there were lots of bird droppings and sap all over it. I had to clean it on return home to avoid the paint being marked. Given that I barely wash the car more than three times a year, you can imagine how bad it was!"

" The lady who collect our car at the airport was fabulous! She was very thorough and explained everything that she was doing from taking photographs to checking the mileage on the vehicle. She explained How our vehicle would be stored vehicle whilst we were away and how to collect it with the required documentation upon our return. Her attention to detail made us feel confident leaving our car with them. She was also very friendly and that was very much appreciated! Upon return after giving them a call our car was waiting for us by the time we had exited the terminal and got to the car park! All very seamless and straightforward! The convenience of valet parking means it's our first choice, every time and I would not hesitate to recommend L G Parking Gatwick. "
