"We have used SimplyPark and mostly we were happy with the service, the price was ok, the staff was friendly, we didn't wait more than 15 minutes for the car to be brought back to us when we arrived. One thing that we didn't like it was that our car was really dirty outside - like it was kept on the building site. So we had to pay for the car wash again which end up £15 on top of what we have paid and we already washed our car this months. "

"Due to on-going works at the car parking at North Terminal the car park had changed from 5 to 6, however this was not reflected in he paper work and we ended up having to pay extra exit fees. Apart from that generally always reliable service and would recommened. "

"I have used several different meet and greet companies over the years and I have finally found one that I would use again. We got to the airport on our departure day an hour earlier than we had said but we were told that it wasn't a problem. We were greeted with a smile. On our return we phoned as we picked our luggage up and true to their word our car was there and waiting. (We waited for nearly an hour with one of the other companies). We would highly recommend and definitely use again."

Only criticism was that we did not not know you had moved from Car Park 5 to 6 as you hadn't informed us and your instructions did not tell us we had to call 20 mins before our arrival at Gatwick. This would have been really helpful to us at 0400. "
