"Whole process ran very smoothly."

"Definitely value for money. The only comment I have is that when we drive to the car park area, we didn't know where to park since there are no signs at all. Otherwise, we only had to wait a few minutes for the driver to arrive and in the way back, we waited about 10 minutes for the car to arrive. Very efficient. Thank you!"

"When we arrived back the driver drove in at a speed to fast for the location. He parked in a disabled parking space, going in forwards. while he went to get our exit ticket I reversed out into an "Approved Parking" bay. As it was very congested and it made exiting easier and safer. when he returned he shouted at me saying we couldn't park there, we would get a ticket and was basically down right rude!!"

"Slightly disappointed as my usual valet parking company meet me at the Premier Inn near arrivals and departure. As I'm disabled this is perfect for me. I found it too far to walk from the car park to departures, when I returned I had wheelchair assistance, I went to the Car park 5 as instructed. I then received a call to go to the Premier Inn where my car was waiting. Totally confusing too far to walk from car parks. I admit I went to the wrong terminal, but even so, if in future the arrangement of meeting at a short stay car park is your method of drop off and pick up, I wouldn't be able to use your company."
