"On arrival we met your representative who checked our paperwork etc. And we were on our way to departures within 10 minutes. Similarly on our return, the car arrived shortly after we entered the car park and after checking the vehicle and paperwork we were on our way. The experience was a big improvement on past experiences where you wait for a bus, travel to the car park and then start your drive home having wasted 30 minutes. "only complaint was on return. heavy traffic on m25 meant the car was a long time getting back to us. rather than being told car would be returned within15 minutes, we should have been told of the delay so were aware and weren't left wondering if we were waiting in correct place. 30 minutes, would rather have had a coffee than stand in car park."
