"Was left waiting for a memeber of staff to come speak to me when dropping my car off, not clear at all who works for which company! On arrival of collecting my car it was FILTHY the outside was covered in dirt and mud! Was left standing waiting for atleast 20minutes when I had rung immediately after collecting my luggage which is stated, price for the car was very good and have used them multiple times even though these same issues happen every time. "

"i had my flight cancelled and staff were excellent at getting car back to me after 5 hours in airport took only 15 minutes to bringing car back. my account shows used but i only used for 5hours not i week as booked"

"Overall I would say it was reasonable value for money but lacked the customer service element. I was told and paid for the ticket to get out of the carpark. When I looked at the agreement afterwards this should have been included in the fee. "
