"When you make the call to the office I presume, the person on the end of the phone is very abrupt with no phone customer service at all!!! Not even a good morning.. The guys who take and deliver back your car are a little more friendly, but not overly. Customer service goes a long way to be recommended even if the price is not bad for the week; would represent you a lot better if your staff were friendly."

"Once you arrive, the process is simple and well run. The largest element that lets down the service is making any changes pre-arrival. Finding someone to talk to and making minor changes (due to flight changes) even though I paid for cancellation - were far more problematic than they neede to be."
