"Booking was very easy, the staff were great, but trying to get hold of Customer Services to change the date was impossible. I left messages and had no reply, I got passed to message boxes that were full. In the end I had to arrange it with the staff who took my car and pay them in cash, not very professional. However they did bring my car very promptly so I thank them for that."

"Arrived at Gatwick and was greeted by driver who explained procedure for my return and gave me a ticket with car reference details on it and contact info. On my return I waited 5 minutes or so in the drop off point where my car was returned in good condition. All this was made easier as the drop off point was on the ground floor of the carpark. I would recommend and use Sure Parking again."
