"When we left the car your Driver was very rude!!! He was not polite and talking loudly to my wife! At arrival we had to wait 50 mom, you lied to us that the car will be there within 3 min after checking for a 3 rd time where is the car and that 20 min we’re past already! Later when my wife called for a 4 th time you said that you can not start the car!!! So why you are lieing and no one called us to explain them how to start the car?!! We are using airport parking for more than 13 years now and your service is going very down!! "

"We had an excellent experience with simply park, the drop off was very smooth, contacted them before we arrived and an agent met us shortly after our call. On our arrival the car was dropped off by their agent and we were able to exit the car park with no issues. I would use simply park again, it was very easy to use service and very reasonably priced, thanks. Nick"

"Contacting by mobile prior to arriving at South terminal signal not great so took two or three attempts. Confirmed due to arrive at South Terminal as per our paperwork but the gentleman had us arriving at North Terminal so when we parked the paperwork was not there and we had to wait a good 10 -15 minutes for it to arrive as we were not prepared to sign over our car and keys without the correct papers. In contrast on arrival and calling to say we had collected luggage the car was being parked as we arrived at the parking level and all went well. Staff were pleasant enough. The only downside was on arrival and the mix up with the paperwork and felt the attendants a little uneasy how to deal with the problem."

"Staff was there promptly and was so friendly and went round the car completely before they took the car and when it came back, and at least you know your car is safe and not just being left in airport car park, and where they meet you it's so easy and easy enough to get into airport, I would use them again when we go there again "

"Very smooth process. Greeted at airport by a very pleasant young lady who examined and photographed the car. She then explained the return procedure and sent us on our way. On return we simply called the number provided and our car arrived in less than 10 mins. I was shown around the car and asked to examine it before signing off. Very helpful gent then gave me the exit ticket and we were on our way home! Recommended. "
