"The person handling arrivals at Gatwick North Terminal was getting swamped. He needs help with this process. The paperwork we had said meet on the top level of the car park, but in fact is was on level one. This needs to be amended as it is confusing. Apart from that, a very good service and will definitely use Simply Park again."

"Booking process was easy as was drop off and pick up BUT my dash cam had been unplugged and the recording data wiped the device had been tampered with to wipe the data and left with the screen display upside down I have not had time to contact the company as yet to ask for an explanation and car had had a quick power wash so suspect might have been left in a muddy field "

"I am disappointed that when I collected my car there was scuff marks on near side front wing which weren't there when I dropped it off! I only noticed it the next day as I signed without checking, as it was an early morning landing, and I was tired and fatigued, just looking to get into my car and home... This is my only complaint and I have used your services before!"
