"Drop off went smoothly but collection not so good. My flight had been delayed, so I phoned after collecting luggage & clearing customs, as requested. The man on the phone was quite rude and said I'd arrived on the wrong day (delay made us arrive after midnight), so we'd have to wait 30 minutes for the car. Eventually got my car at 02:30 but not happy that I had to wait around at that time in the morning, especially as I am disabled."
