"Very easy process for leaving/collection of car"

"Whilst everything went very smooth, with drop off and picking up, my car was returned very badly damaged as someone had driven into it whilst in their care. Was all dealt with well though."

"Great service on both departure and arrival. I phoned 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick North and was given clear directions to them. As we drove in a very friendly lady albeit at 4am was there to take our keys and car. The same on our return. Great service as I have used others and had to wait for ages for anyone to appear. "

"Whilst I was away, the driver had obviously wound down the passenger window at some point but then accidentally locked it so it wouldn't fully close. There were fingerprints all over the glass where someone had tried to open or close it manually. All it needed was to take the windowlock off!"
