"Good value to money. Would recommend you phone the pickup collection soon as the case belt starts as we had to wait in cold over half hour, but apart from that everything went well. Do not like the idea of leaving the keys for the car, mine had 3km put on the clock from being parked and then moved to another car park next to drop off car park ??, would Like to know how my SLK-AMG had 3km put on the speedo as it was zero when left and photographs taken??. If this carpark had a policy where you don't have to leave your keys it would be rated five star by most that use it and would take a lot of trade from the other airparks, I use Manchester airparks and no keys have to be left so if they can do it there why not Birmingham... "

"A bit of a drive to the airport and the minibus at soon after midnight was freezing - no heating maybe? Otherwise ok. More suited to customers living nearer Birmingham but I wouldn't discount using it again."

"The price was really competative. Staff friendly on our arrival. However it was dark, very cold and the ground was exceptionally icey, on walking to our car in the darkenss my daughetr slipped on the ice banging her head on the concrete ground, and was covered in mud and ice. My suggestion would be to charge a little more during winter months, state that you can choose to have your car running, warmed up and parked near the annex building where the lighting is good., or at least get better lighting, be informed that the ground can be exceptionally slippy to save any further falls/slips. "
