"This was the cheapest airport parking I found and was a little dubious whether it would be ok but I have to say I was very impressed. The car park was easy to find, we were checked in quickly and dropped off immediately at the airport. On our return I called the number provided and the bus was outside sitting outside the terminal waiting for us. The office staff gave us instructions on how to get out of Birmingham as our usual motorway was closed. Overall I'm very impressed and will definately use again."

"It was ok when I was flying out but on my return the collection was really not to standard. I arrived and the first bus driver said I'm not on the list. The second bus driver came he only had me on the list at least that's what he said. Then he said he needs to pray, which then meant waiting some more. After his prayers we were on the way, he got a call and we went back to the airport to wait for some another passenger. All in all I waited 40 mins before we were on the way to the car park. I wasn't happy about the way it was handled specially because I wanted to get home early, because of work the next day. "

"I booked for a 12 day 'park and ride' about a week before departure. They were reasonably priced, and as it worked out very efficient on both drop off at the airport and collection upon returning. "

"We returned to Birmingham yesterday and instructed telephoned your office upon clearing customs. We waited at bus stop A and when one of your minibuses arrived we were told that we were schedule not on that bus nor the next.One couple complained that they had been waiting over an hour! When the next bus arrived the driver checked his mobile and they were not scheduled for that bus either. When our bus arrived they were again told they were not scheduled . This driver was at least helpful and pushed your office to find out why they were not scheduled and they were allowed to get on our bus. We were waiting almost an hour and this couple over one and a half hours , Not good enough and I and I m she this couple will be loath to recommend your company again. Sorry but you must do better to stay in business. Howard Grey"

"Very good value for money but not as professional or organised as say Airparks. Didn't really feel like my car was secure from the moment I dropped it off. When I came to collect it the guy at the desk must have looked through 40-50 packs before he found my keys which was a little disconcerting I must admit. The arival and exit process is flawed to say the least - we arrived at about 5am and if it wasn't for a motorcyclist exiting the adjacent DHL Building who gave us directions then we would never have found your entry gates. On leaving there was a stand off between an Audi Q7 trying to get in and a ford fiesta trying to get out both at the same time and in the same space waiting for the gates to open. Also despite a number of different route options it does seem to take quite a long time to get to and from the airport."

" The reception was friendly. Very important that you have someone on reception with phone contact because entrance or location isn't obvious to first time caller of your service. We parked further up the road because your site is not well signposted. Hope this helps !"

"Easy enough to find and check in. Good value for money. The shuttle runs to and from the airport were a bit fast and furious! Wasn't completely convinced we were going to make it in one piece! Worked well for us on this trip though so can't complain! "
