"The price was really competative. Staff friendly on our arrival. However it was dark, very cold and the ground was exceptionally icey, on walking to our car in the darkenss my daughetr slipped on the ice banging her head on the concrete ground, and was covered in mud and ice. My suggestion would be to charge a little more during winter months, state that you can choose to have your car running, warmed up and parked near the annex building where the lighting is good., or at least get better lighting, be informed that the ground can be exceptionally slippy to save any further falls/slips.
