"Car park is reasonably easy to get in and out from, seems to be well secured with ample CCTV. However, this is an old deserted site which had not been paved to be a car park so there is a lot of dust, debris and uneven surfaces. All minor to be honest and does not pose risk to the car. The two biggest disadvantages worth mentioning are: 1) the distance from the airport. It is a 15 to 30 minute drive in their shuttle buss. Sometime it requires additional wait for the shuttle, so you have to arrive a lot earlier than to airport carpark. Unnecessary stress to the journey. 2) return pickup - shuttle bus was waiting almost 25 minutes before driver agreed to take us back to the car park. Reason - it was only 4 of us in the minibus and he was insisting to wait for further passengers. However, neither driver or the base were quite sure where these passengers are or when would they arrive. So we left the terminal building at 00:05 but bus wouldn't leave until 00:35 and we didn't get to the car until 00:55. For the saving of £25 against 14 day stay at the airport I will not use it again, but it is cheaper, and some people will welcome the saving. "

"Brilliant service on arrival, friendly helpful driver, straight forward check in, bus waiting to take us. However, the driver that picked us up on our way back.... he fell to sleep while we loaded our bags, fell to sleep when I asked him if we could set off yet, woke him up again by asking if he wanted me to drive, ended up ringing the office to say could they tell him to wake up and drive us back. I was a little scared that he would fall to sleep while driving us back but he managed to stay awake thankfully as I travelled with a baby and a toddler! Not sure on the laws for taxis and car seats but I had my 7month baby on my knee"

"Car could have been parked closer on arrival as it had been poor weather and we had to walk through/around deep puddles to get to the car, apart from that it was a fab service."

"Arrived at approx 4.00am and the staff were very polite. Checking car in was quick and proficient. On return bus was at pick up point waiting for us. An all round excellent service for what was one of the cheapest possible parks. Will definitely use again if flying from Birmingham."
