"A little chaotic on arrival as no space for the car, there was a very abrupt member of staff at the check in. the stat nav did not take us to the car park, the written directions need to be clearer. very quick and efficient pick up from the airport and exit from the car park. "

"Used SatNav postcode on your voucher, completely rubbish, finished up on a housing estate , passing Stansted long stay parking !! Rang the office spoke to a quite rude lady who was nearly impossible to understand. Eventually found the car park and after my wife worrying we were going to miss our flight everything turned out OK. Why do you have to pay a ridiculous £1 booking fee, why not just charge £1 more !! I would use again ( now I know where it is !! )"

"Staff were friendly and polite. Could have done with another shuttle bus going to the airport as there was only one small one running with lots of people waiting to go. My car was also very dirty on the outside, seemed to have been walked over by incontinent seagulls, took a lot of scrubbing to get it off. "

"I can not fault Maple manor parking. They were superb. So friendly and helpful. so easy to find. Unloaded my car and put me at ease that my car was in safe hands, Very prompt service to the airport so friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and advised on what to do as a first time traveler. I would definitely use them again. Excellent service."

"The car park was very easy to find. However it was manic....cars everywhere, bags and people standing waiting for the minibus in spaces where cars should be. The staff were obviously stressed to the maximum and were not coping or directing particularly well with the incoming cars and it all seemed chaotic. We waited for 25 minutes in the freezing cold for the minibus to collect us which I felt was too long. We had flown in very early in the morning and it was cold and dark and we were asked to wait on the roadside with no shelter."

"Terrific find! We've always used Pink Elephant before, and it's OK, but Maple Manor is measurably cheaper and the whole process is effortless. Thoroughly recommend, and will be back next trip to Stansted."
