"I have used your services now on three occasions. 1st - All satisfactory 2nd - Car returned back with mud on the edge of door card and muddy boots marks on the driver foot well. 3rd - Car received very poorly, completed covered in thick muddy dust considering I have it professionally cleaned a few days before arriving to Maple Manor Parking and again the foot well and door card edge was left muddy. On all my visits to Maple Manor Parking, Stansted - Staff have be pleasant to deal with, hence why I have returned back for repeat business. However, I am intrigued to see how I may be compensated in regards to the above raised complaints of my vehicle being returned back in such a poor condition, whereby I have had to have my vehicle professionally cleaned again. I shall look forward to your reply and compensation before posting my experince on google reviews "

"Have parked with Maple Manor several times. Quite satisfied with the service although did feel the wait at the terminal for return to parking lunchtime Monday 11th July quite lengthy. Also no help with loading luggage from the driver, another passenger loaded and unloaded my luggage for me. Previously driver has been Jan (unsure of spelling but he pronounces name as yarn). He was the driver on my outward journey 6th June and was incredibly helpful. Have always found him to be so."
