"A tardy collection period of time and an even worse return of car time (the 50 minuet wait was blamed on traffic) If this was known I suggest that you do not tell customers that you will be there in 15 mins ! also should the situation change please phone the customer to inform them not leave it to the customer to phone you !"

"The staff answering the phone when I phoned to inform that I was nearly at the airport told me that I was not booked with them. It took some persuading on my part to convince him that I was. My car was left with purple parking as the driver did not arrive before I left to check in. On my return, I phoned WizPark to inform them that we had landed. Our flight had been delayed. I was advised to call after I had picked up my luggage. I called again as directed and was advised to proceed to drop off. I got there and had to make two further phone calls to the company to get an estimated time of arrival of my car. Each time, I was told that my car would get to me shortly. When I insisted on the time in minutes, I was told that I arrived late as if it was my fault that the flight was delayed. I was outside in the old for Close to an hour. I must commend the driver who delivered my car. He loaded my luggage into the boot and told me that he had warmed the car for me. He was the only saving grace for this company. My question is; how far is the garage of this company from the airport? I noticed that my fuel gauge was a lot lower than I expected as I filled the tank before leaving for the airport on my outward journey. I have used meet and greet for more than three years and the last two times have not been satisfactory. This one is the worst one so far. I have never had to wait this long to deliver or pick up my car. "

"Very efficient service, although drop off/pick up point was different to paperwork this was made clear. We were delayed on return so had to wait half an hour for delivery of car as no drivers available. This we accepted as it was the delay which upset the schedule. Would definitely use again and recommend to friendzs."

"Arrival at Heathrow for departure went like clockwork but on the return home was a bit different, followed instructions but ended up waiting 50 minutes for car to arrive instead of the 25 minutes. After a long flight and waiting in the cold wasn't that great but would use them again."

"The car pick up was smooth, however they were late to deliver my car and the driver went on level 3 instead of level 4 where I was waiting. I had to call twice and wasted 30 minutes waiting on level 4. The car was in god condition and the driver was apologetic."

"Quite wary as not used this company before but highly competitive prices decided me to give it a go. Prompt pick up and drop off. Car checked for faults. I had taken photo of mileage petrol etc but unprompted employee advised me I should see an extra 12 miles on my return . Would use again "

"On arrival we went to the incorrect car parking area by mistake, but the person dealing with us was very helpful. We also received a 'phone call asking where we were and when we told him he just said to make sure we call the correct desk on arrival. I didn't realise it but for some reason the date of arrival back was the 15th not the 14th, so we just had to wait a little longer for our key to be delivered. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I notice on your review you have the return date as the 13th? I have to assume I must have put the 15th. "
