"I got told to wait outside until the driver arrives. After 40 min i called again to be told the driver is waiting for me. Driver told me he got given the wrong number. At return, i called straight after i had my luggage but still hat to wait +20 min for the car to arrive. I have booked with other companies on simplypark before and they were better organised"

"Cheap price, but the service was poor, they didn't have the booking on file when dropping off and then took an hour to deliver the car back on return. Not happy and will not use again. "

"perfect going out but a shambles coming back. We waited at level 4 as per instructions as this where we dropped off. we eventually got a call from the driver saying has been waiting at level 5 passenger drop off. not what you want when you are delayed tired and want to get home"

"Terrible, i have never dealt with such an incompetent company from being told to leave my keys in the car unlocked and catch my flight because they were over an hour late to pick the car up through to them losing my car and therefore arriving over an hour after they were meant to have dropped my car off and trying to blame me for it after making up a time that i was due back on a handwritten note. I expect a full refund for the absolutely dismal service they gave me and the amount of stress it caused me. Do not use this company even if they offer to park your car for free."

"Not meet & greet as advertised, had to wait almost an hour. Was told it was late as I had booked at 8pm (which was incorrect, was booked at 7.30pm). My flight made good time & landed early therefore I was left waiting... Car was returned with mud footprints in & around drivers footwell. "

"Wiz park do not have a desk at the airport terminals, so the handover is all a bit vague. Secondly, they often ask you to collect your car at the drop off point which I believe risks a 40 pound fine!"

"Excellent pick up, already waiting for us and really friendly man, not so goid on collection as had to wait 35 minutes from my phone call for car to arrive at airport then we were told the car was at arrivals we wetent infirmed to stay there and went to place we were asked to drop off on level 4 then I phoned again to be asked to go up to level 5!!"

"The drop off was excellent all as per the instructions but the pick up was not very good as the instructions did not say where you had to go at terminal 3 so I was waiting on level one of the car park but my car was on level three. Wizpark had lost my mobile number so didn’t call to see where I was. I eventually called them again by which time the free parking time had passed, the man who had dropped off the car vanished as soon as he had given me the key. I then had to pay £7 to get out of the car park. Better written instructions would have prevented all the problems."

"Very friendly staff but directions of where to drop-off and pick up car were very confusing. Needs to add in key words "Short term Car Park drop off point Level 3" etc... I spent a good 20 minutes trying to find out where I was supposed to drop off the car and where to pick it up!"

"This was a new experience which proved worthwhile. The only negative was in the instructions for dropping off your car which could have included some additional information to make the details clearer. Otherwise this was more effective than the normal car parking method. "
