"We had not used this kind of service before. Due to some kind of glitch during initial on-line booking the wrong times were recorded for drop off and pick up, this resulted in some delay on both occasions. Otherwise we were pleased with the service and value for money was very good."

"I thought that the service with the drivers was brilliant. Both were very friendly and helpful with bags etc. I did find that the person on the phone was very rude and could do with working on his telephone manner as he was very abrupt. I will recommend this service and will use again. "
