"Staff very unhelpful. Can barely understand the operator due to excessive background noise. Had to wait a while when we dropped the car off and when we collected it. Asked for help and was advised someone else would help soon. Wouldn’t use again."

"We received very good service, The floor level was not heard on the phone due to traffic noise so we ent to the top floor as on paperwork, but that was soon remedied. And luckily your guys knew that we were returning to South when we left from north so let us know. We will use again.."

"Arrival process first rate. Driver waiting, paperwork minimal, driver helped unload car. All very impressive. Pick-up disappointing. As on previous occasions unnecessary delay. we had no baggage to collect (only carry on) rang to announce arrival as we after disembarking and having been collected by disabled assistance team. We were told to ring back after passport control and we explained we would not have to queue as disabled and had no bags to collect. None the less we had to ring again. Did so and then went rapidly to meeting poit but had to wait n20 minutes before car was delivered. This always happens and I will be very unlikely to recommend the service to anyone else."

"Drop-off was fine other than the paperwork telling us to go to thr top floor when we should have beenon the 1st floor. Pick-up wasn't so good. I called as instructed once we had collected our luggage and was told 25 minutes. It was 45 minutes from when i called to when the car appeared. Given that the collection point is only a two minute walk from arrivals this was umacceptable. We booked meet and greet specifically to save time given the lateness of our return flight but it would have been quicker to catch a bus to an off-site parking facility."
