"Very good efficient service. One minor complaint was had to ring about three times before someone answered on the day we travelled and twice before someone answered on our return. Despite this was very satisfied and would definitely use again."

"Called once I arrived at Gatwick and guy told me he was really busy and to call once I had my bags ... I explained I was nearly at that stage as just through passport control. I called numerous times and no answer. When I got through he said he was on way... I waited 30 mins in cold weather with tired baby... car was dirty in the outside. The driver was nice and the experience dropping off was positive but the return was shocking .... the whole point is to be greeted and not wait around ... would've been cheaper and quicker to get a train. Terrible experience "

" Drop off great no waiting at all however we had to wait over 30 mins for our car to be delivered back to us if I had known you were taking that long, we could have phoned earlier you perhaps should change your pick up instructions of notify customers by text what delivery times are, so customers can judge when to phone you better"

"Great service from Simply Park. Booked my parking 2 hours before I was due to arrive at the airport and received drop off and pick off information immediately. Instructions were really clear and the staff at the airport were friendly and efficient. Had to change my return information whilst I was away as my flight details had changed and was able to do this via the internet. My car was returned to Gatwick within 15mins of calling the Simply Park rep - whilst waiting the team were friendly and chatty and couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a very good experience and I would happily recommend."

"The only problem that we had was that the email, and printed receipt that we received directed use to level 4, whereas the actual pickup/drop off was level 1. When we phoned I think we may have been directed to level 1, but there was so much noise in the car when driving and in the arrivals hall that we didn't hear clearly, and followed the directions on the card."
