The staff are friendly and there was very little time between dropping the car off and checking in. No waiting outside in the cold and wet for a bus! Our car was delivered to us quickly despite us landing much earlier than expected. I will use this company again. "

"I have used Sure parking several times this year, this time however I feel let down. My drop off was great, very speedy and went smoothly, however I waited 20 minutes to collect the car after I phoned through having collected my luggage. The car was dropped off and I could immediately see how dirty my car was. I had just spent £45 on a valet service and now the car was covered in dirt! This appeared to be dirt from a field of some kind as it was like sand. I raised this concern with the drop off team member, and was casually told the UK had bad weather, and almost quizzed as to why I didn't know this, how would I? I had just been abroad for only 2 days! I would not use this company again, clearly the vehicles are not stored under any shelter or securely, Poor show, will not be using them again! "
